The first step is to schedule a production estimate and discovery meeting with our team to establish a statement of intention - the goal a method for your production. Depending on the depth of your production we may also need to draft a general storyboard, propose some locations, a rough script, or a required date for the final deliverable.
Once your approval is recieved we start official pre-production. This involves finalizing your storyboard, locations, script, props, and any talent needed. This is generally followed by scheduling shooting days; however, even with the best planning and team sometimes things happen that are out of anyones control like broken vehicles or poor weather. That said, our production team can think on their feet and we've yet to meet a challenge or setback we havnen't been able to turn around to the satisfaction of our clients.
We're also happy to have clients or their team members join us on productions - in fact we prefer it. This helps us give you a sense of how work is progressing and allows for instant feedback.
In post prodction you'll recieve regular updates and a final draft. You'll also have the ability to request revisions, but keep in mind that what may seem like a small change can take a significant amount of time, and sometimes deviate from the initial scope of the project.
